I'm really excited about this. ✨ I have spent years looking for a good small biz group. I've tried FB groups, following insta accounts, signing up for free "networking events" online, and been a guest at many networking events IRL.

I hated all of them.

The established groups were all very creepy and cult-like, repeating each others' ad copy together in monotone, or following some guru like they were god. GROSS. 🤢

Many were run by professionals that were very stuck in the past-- you know, still using comic sans for business cards and thinking Facebook pages are actually useful. I'm not judging, but that's def not what I'm looking for. Others were run by cocky, ego-centric self-proclaimed CEOs (yo. pro tip-- if you are the only person in your biz, you are def NOT a CEO. ) who measure others by who they know, and how they can use them to their own benefit (Networking Vampires) while showing off as many status symbols as possible. 🤮 I could go on and on. Moral of the story is, I could not find a place that was right for me. I wanted to be around people I could learn from, and be inspired by. I wanted to feel supported and develop relationships with peers I could *trust*. I wanted to be around people who really care about their customers and community--not just making money. So you know how it goes. One day I'm in the shower, thinking about the pressure and weight of running small biz and projects by yourself, and I'm like, "What if it could be different? What if it could be fun and relaxing? If so, what is the most ridiculous thing I could call it?"🚿🤔🚿 And that's how the Rainbow Magic Coffee Club was born!

RMACC (are-mack) is not some plastic-ass business card exchange "networking" group. It is a SUPPORT group. Not support like, "I need help, something is wrong!" (though occasionally that's true) but the kind of support you get from BEING ON A TEAM. 💪💪💪 Feedback, validation, encouragement, accountability, and appreciation. RMACC is a MINDSET focused group. It is not about what you can GET from other people, it's about working on YOURSELF in a collaborative, safe space. 🧠💗

🚫 NO networking vampires!

RMACC is not for those working typical 9-5s at large corporations. It's for the nearly 1/3 of people in America that get asked, "Yah, but what's your REAL job?". Artists, gig workers, freelancers, Etsy artisans, DJs, non-profit leaders, Youtubers, side-hustlers, performers, vendors, etc.

And finally, RMACC is inclusive af. That means that if you have avoided small biz groups because of something you think makes you *not* fit in, (your sexuality or gender, mental health issues, chronic illness, etc.) you have nothing to worry about. We don't JUDGE people here. You sell sex toys? Cool. English isn't your first language? Np. You haven't sold anything yet? No worries. We believe that we all have something to learn from each other. Period. Being a member of RMACC is simple af, with a 30 min zoom meeting every week ($5), and 2 min of prep. There's a chat for in-between meetings if you need it.
